U-Residence short stay on-campus
U-Residence is located at the VUB Main Campus in Etterbeek. It offers long, medium-term and short stays, depending on availability. The price for a short stay is € 75 per night for a single room and € 100 for a double room. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette. Wi-Fi, a TV and housekeeping are included in the price. Breakfast is not included, but food is available from the VUB cafeteria from 7:30 a.m. onwards.

Discount vouchers
Our university is entitled to an annual quantity of vouchers that give a discount of € 15 per person per night on the prices listed above. You can apply for these vouchers in certain circumstances. However, the annual total of vouchers is limited.
For whom?
Contact the Infrastructure department via infradesk@vub.be for the allocation of following voucher(s):
- invited (guest) lecturers
- participants in a conference or VUB-organised event
- external VUB-appointed project assistants
- staff or students who wish to stay overnight in special circumstances (such as a strike, exams or force majeure)
Contact the International Relations & Mobility Office via international.relations@vub.be for the allocation of following voucher(s):
- members of international delegations visiting our university
- partners of international projects coordinated by VUB (via the International Relations and Mobility Office - IRMO)
- participants in workshops or seminars organised by IRMO, possibly in collaboration with third parties
- international students requiring temporary accommodation on arrival in Brussels
- participants in activities organised by the Institute for European Studies (IES) and Vesalius College (VECO)
Always mention the number of persons requiring vouchers, the number of nights and the reason for the stay.
Adagio Access Brussels Delta Aparthotel
Adagio Access Brussels Delta is situated opposite the CHIREC hospital, a 5-minute walk from the VUB Main Campus. They offer 120 studios for 2 to 4 persons, for short or medium-term stays. Breakfast, a gym and parking are available.

Bookings in the framework of a VUB stay or activity qualify for a preferential rate. Book your stay via HB5M6@adagio-city.com and specify that you want to make use of the VUB corporate rates.
The rates below are for the room only. In addition, there is a city tax of € 4.25 per person per night and optional breakfast for € 14 per person.
VUB corporate prices for two-person studios
- 1-3 nights: discount of 10% on the best available rate online
- 4-9 nights: € 100 per night
- 10-27 nights: € 89 per night
- 28+ nights: € 71 per night
VUB corporate prices for four-person studios
- 1-3 nights: discount of 10% on the best available rate online
- 4-9 nights: € 128 per night
- 10-27 nights: € 114 per night
- 28+ nights: € 91 per night
